• Set-up procedures
• Pre-loaded with the most frequently used values based working relationships
• Pre-loaded with behavioral definitions associated with each values-based working relationship
• Pre-loaded with behavioral solutions for each behavioral definition
• Pre-loaded with multi-lingual options
• Pre-loaded with training materials, i.e., Power Point and capability to print an unlimited quantity of participants’ material
• Email reminders

Customized: The customized set up includes everything in the standard set-up plus:

• Brand with your company logo
• Custom load company-specific competencies and question sets
